Astro Devices has announced the Nexus DSC Pro, a new digital setting circles computer for telescope control and observing information. The Nexus DSC Pro can store multiple updatable catalogues and is compatible with most popular planetarium software. GPS, and sensors for temperature, pressure, and humidity are built in. Nexus DSC Pro works with several encoders and can interface with various motorized mounts. Nexus DSC Pro can steer telescopes to a chosen object, identify objects, and give tours of objects in a given region. Optional wi-fi allows use of computers and mobile devices.
